The Great Lakes Justice Center just filed a brief the United States Supreme Court representing Christian Business Owners Supporting Religious Freedom. Government authorities forced these business owners to file lawsuits to preserve the exercise of their Christian beliefs without suffering crippling fines and other oppressive actions by the government. They are all faithful Christians who strive to conduct their business operations with integrity and in compliance with the teachings, mission, and values of the Holy Bible. The Center’s brief addresses the importance of protecting the constitutional rights and religious freedom of business owners nationwide.  Business owners have the freedom to conduct their business in a manner that does not violate their sincerely held religious beliefs and that follows the principles of their religious faith.

Please listen to this broadcast of GLJC Senior Counsel Erin Mersino discussing  this significant Supreme Court Case.
