HUD’s directive gives special protection in housing (e.g., dorms and other private intimate spaces) to various sexuality classifications. Prof. Wagner discusses how the GLJC will file a brief in the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of the American Association of Christian Schools and the Wagner Faith and Freedom Center at Spring Arbor University, supporting a Christian college challenging the rule.
