U.S. Senators’ Unconstitutional Religious Test for Judicial Nominees

Some United States Senators oppose federal nominees based on the fact that these nominees follow Jesus.  Article VI of the United States Constitution states: “…no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”
