We worked with Michael Farris to file a brief in the U.S. Supreme Court contending for religious liberty and parents. Here the government sought to disrupt the religious beliefs of children by mandating instruction in anti-Biblical indoctrination. No notice to parents; no opportunity to opt out. The Wagner Faith & Freedom Center joined Parental Rights Foundation, Concerned Women for America, and the National Association of Religious Broadcasters to contend for the First Amendment.
