V. Navigating to the City on the Hill
In this four week seminar, Prof. Wagner equips citizens to stand for the Constitution, good governance and the rule of law We study constitutional structure and power as well as the limits placed on the exercise of that power by the constitution. The blessings of liberty and prosperity come with responsibility. Each generation inherits a special trust to ensure the preservation of liberty and the moral administration of justice.
