Last year, we reported on bills introduced in the Michigan Legislature seeking to add our state to an “Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote.” Our sources inside the legislature are now saying that this bill, which is already on a second reading, could be moved to a third reading and final vote as early as this week.
