Fighting for Christian Employers at Supreme Court

Our Justice Center just filed a legal brief in the U.S. Supreme Court to protect Christian employers and restore good governance under the rule of law. 

Title VII and Judicial Activism

Title VII of the United States Code properly prohibits discrimination based on race, sex, and religion.  Instead of applying this law as enacted by an elected Congress and President, unelected judges judicially deemed additional anti-Christian classifications into existence.  We ask the Court to reverse this abuse of Judicial power.  To read the legal brief, click the following link:
